Waste Tire Program

The White River Regional Solid Waste Management District operates a permitted waste tire monofill and recycling operation, located near Bald Knob, Arkansas in White County. It also provides a network of drop-off locations for discarded tires throughout the ten-county service area. Drop-off locations are listed below by county.

The tire drop-off collection centers listed below accept passenger auto and truck tires only. No oversize, commercial or tractor tires are accepted at the locations below. Tires on wheels are not accepted.

Individuals discarding four or fewer passenger tires and retail sellers of tires –those who have collected the Arkansas waste tire tax on tires being discarded –are not required to pay an additional fee at the drop-off collection centers.
